1. Reservation Policy
– Your reservation will be held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. In the event of a no-show or late arrival, we reserve the right to reallocate your table without a guarantee of alternative seating. If you anticipate being late, please inform us in advance to maximize the chance of retaining your booking.
– Online reservations are accepted exclusively for the non-smoking section. If you prefer seating in the smoking area, please indicate this under “Special Requests.” Seating in the smoking section is subject to availability.
– Please include any dietary restrictions, such as allergies or food intolerances, in the special requests box when booking, or inform our staff upon arrival to assist with menu selections and notify the chef.
2. Special Requests and Smoking Policy
– While we strive to accommodate special requests, they cannot be guaranteed. Smoking is permitted on the terrace, but cigars and vaping are prohibited throughout the restaurant at all times.
3. Children
– Hujan Locale observes an age policy, discouraging the presence of children under twelve during dinner service. Our menu features Indonesian cuisine, which may be too spicy for younger guests, and we do not offer a children’s menu or amenities such as baby seats, high chairs, or changing tables. Strollers are not allowed in the dining area. If you bring children under 12, they must remain seated with you at all times and be mindful of other guests’ dining experience.
4. Dress Code
– We enforce a smart casual dress code. Singlets, board shorts, and alcohol-branded attire are not permitted for men.
5. BYO Policy
– For exclusive or large reservations, no corkage fee applies. For other bookings, bringing wine that is listed on our menu is not allowed. For unlisted wines, a corkage fee of IDR 150,000 per bottle is charged, up to a maximum of two bottles per table.
6. Last Order
– The last order is accepted until 22:00. If your preferred reservation time is unavailable, you may visit without a reservation, and we may be able to accommodate you in the event of a last-minute cancellation.
7. Group Bookings (For Parties of 10 or More)
– For groups of 10 or more, a set sharing menu is mandatory, with several customizable options for a tailored group dining experience. Groups larger than 16 must privatize the dining room due to a 34-seat capacity, with special rates applicable. Please contact the restaurant directly for group reservations.
8. Priority Booking
– Priority booking is available for groups of no more than 4 people and must be made at least two weeks in advance. However, this does not guarantee specific seating arrangements.
